Shipping Policy

We will ship your product in 2-3 business days using UPS ground, or General Logistics Systems (GLS). From time to time, the weather, specifically heat, will be a factor which can delay shipping. Since prolonged exposure to temperatures above 75 degrees F will prematurely age and oxidize wine, reducing quality, we will postpone the shipment until cooler weather.

Another option is to include a cooling pack to help keep the temperature of the shipment down until delivered. This will be done when there are no cool temperatures in the coming week. It will also incur a fee.
